READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME!
What I will draw
. Feral characters
. Anthro characters
. Humanoids
. Monsters
. NSFW (gore/ nudity)
. Mechanical
What I will not draw
. Hate art
. Heavily political art
. Art that would be considered offensive to a person or people.
Payment
Payment is to be made IN FULL after the sketch is approved via PayPal or E-Transfer. I will not continue until payment is made. All payments are to be made in CAD (Canadian dollars).
All prices shown are base prices. Extra add ons and/or requests can raise the price due to the increased time required.
Do NOT overpay me on the promise of returning and using the extra as payment for future comms. It is not my responsibility to keep track of that and I will not accept that method. You can tip all you want but please only pay me for what the current art costs and nothing for "in the future".
Refunds/ cancelations
I do NOT offer refunds after payment. If you do happen to pay before the sketch process is complete then you are able to receive a full refund before the sketch is finished. After the sketch is completed and approved, you will NOT be able to get a refund.
Canceling before the sketch for your commission is complete is allowed.
Selling/ distribution
Reselling my art or claiming it as your own is not permitted in any way. I own all rights to the artwork and am to be credited as such.
Custom characters or adopts made by me are not to be sold for more than they were purchased for unless more art is added. If all extra art is also made by me then the character is not to be sold for more than what was spend on them.
Posting my art is fine as long as you credit me and/or any of my social medias as the artist. If posting on a site/app that I have an account over, please credit that account. If not then Twitter or Instagram are preferred.
As the artist, I have the right to:
. Raise or lower any of my prices as I see fit.
. Turn down any commissions or requests made.
. Open or close my commissions when desired.
. Cancel any commission (will result in full refund regardless of progress made)
. Blacklist any customer who violates my TOS or gives me reason to not wish to work with them.
. Post any and all commissions I complete (but most likely will not if requested that I don't)
As the customer, you have the responsibility to:
. Provide me with either visual or written reference of what you would like and who you would like drawn.
. Be clear in your description of your request and answer any questions I may have regarding what you would like.
. Read and follow ALL of my Terms Of Service to completion BEFORE commissioning me
. Not hassle me for updates constantly and offer me time to work. Asking for updates before 24 hours has passed since I accepted the commission is highly frowned upon.
. Respect that I am a human being with a life. Sometimes things get busy and life gets crazy. If this causes delays in your commission then I will inform you.
. Understand that I have a commission cue which often consists of multiple simultaneously. You may have to wait until those ahead of yours are completed before I can move on to yours.
